I am incredibly lucky woman in so many ways, I have had the opportunity to learn from great teachers and great leaders. In fact I still get to learn from them all the time whether I am in their presence or just recalling some teaching from the past.

I have been shown on many occasions the power of possibility and the results of believing in the human ability to manifest whatever their hearts truly desire.
I think it is wonderful and amazing to be a part of this same unfolding when I assist someone on the mat. Teaching yoga - hatha or therapeutic - postures or philosophy is a gift I get to live thanks to all the teachers that have come before me. So I'm thankful to all of you for your faith in human possibilities and for staying with each teacher student relationship to see that current of life.
